200 Hrs Yoga Teacher training Hatha-Vinyasa flow is basic, but intensive yoga course for those who want to deepen their yoga practice, understand the history and philosophy of Yoga, learn Yogic anatomy and understand the influence of asana practice on the human body. This course is primarily for people who want to start teaching Yoga and need appropriate certificate; however, everyone can join the training.

What can I expect?

Asanas

Learn and practice various Yoga poses in this foundation course. You will receive a training manual and complete sequences for your future reference.

Pranayamas

Various Pranayam like anuloma-viloma, Bhastrika, Kalpalbhati and much more

Kriyas

7:00 to 8:00 pm Dinner
8:00 to 9:00pm Meditation/Yognidra Alternate Days

Classes on Saturday till 1pm, Sunday off.
