Yogesh Patel (Acharya Yogesh) – Yoga Spiritual & Meditation Teacher
Acharya Yogesh is an authentic gem in the world of yoga. Yogesh is raised in the traditional Indian yogic family where his first seed of yogic consciousness was sowed in the very childhood. Yogesh has taught in more than 80 Teacher Training Programs and Workshops. On his philosophical and spiritual journey, he has studied many of the great seekers of Truth such as Patanjali, Osho, Buddha, Gurdjieff, Lord Krishna, Sri Aurobindo, Shankaracharya and much more. In his teachings and his lifestyle, he combines all the knowledge he has received from various paths of spirituality. He processes the information given to him from these seekers, chooses what is of knowledge to him, and applies this knowledge to his daily life. We can honestly say that he lives “yoga”.
He has extensively travelled to the west and shared his knowledge of yoga to many countries. Over these years he has developed a scientific attitude towards spiritual practices leading to a combination of Eastern feeling and Western mind. He specialises in yogic philosophy, Hatha yoga, yogic anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and various cleansing processes. With the art of storytelling, he can turn complex philosophical teachings into comprehensible material for his students. He is also a chakra healer, a practice that integrates alternate healing therapies. In his healing method, he incorporates a combination of chakra therapy, mudra therapy, pranic healing, aromatherapy, sound therapy and psychological counselling.
Prashant Kumar – E-RYT 200, Meditation Teacher & Healer
While he was initially working in the IT industry, Prashant would usually combine his lifestyle with activities such as martial arts and mountaineering. This love for a healthy lifestyle and exercise finally led him towards becoming a yoga teacher. Yoga gave him a sense of fulfillment, and in 2012 he finally quit his job to pursue yoga full time.
As he was getting started with yogic practice he used his knowledge of physics and anatomy of the human body to his advantage and mastered physical postures of this ancient art of yoga with ease. He used this knowledge in developing specific techniques as a yoga teacher for people he trained and helped them overcome their barriers thus offering yoga as a form of personalized medicine.
Starting out as a practitioner, it was probably Prashant’s destiny to pursue yoga further and explore the various elements and styles it had to offer. In the past five years, he has dedicated himself to the full-time practice of yoga and mastered various Asanas along with Pranayama, Mantra Chanting, Meditation as well as Kriyas which are essentially cleansing techniques. He has dedicated several years to research and self-study and finally became a Certified Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance International. As a yoga teacher, he combines his qualifications and in-depth knowledge which he has acquired over the years to add an exclusive touch to the way he teaches. He backs his teaching with precise scientific knowledge and adds a flavor to his classes making them fun and easy to remember.
Lydia – E-RYT 200 and Ayurvedic Physician
Lydia’s journey towards becoming a yoga teacher has its roots in her keen interest towards diet and an omnibus style of living. This interest paved the way for her decision to travel to India in 2012 so that she could study Ayurveda. She was so enthralled with the traditional methods of preventing diseases that the Indians followed, that she continued to live in India. She continued her education to become a yoga teacher, learning more and more about Ayurveda as well as Yoga and how these two sciences entwine together.
She went on to become a certified yoga teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa with Yoga Alliance in 2014, but she did not stop at this. She went to Mysore to further deepen and advance her Yoga teacher education and continues to return to for continuing education. During her training, she also got introduced to Sanskrit and the philosophy behind yoga as a part of her curriculum. These areas also spiked her interest, and she began applying these add a strong foundation in the physical practice of yoga. Having combined Ayurveda and yoga to develop an understanding of the mind-body connection, she believes that a deeper understanding and observation of one’s physical self will lead us to a place where we can observe our patterns. It, in turn, will help us bring stability of the mind. She applies these exact principles during her training sessions where she helps her students reconnect the physical practice of yoga to a psychological level.
Emily – Yoga Teacher
I have started practising yoga to escape from my stressful work life while I was working at Microsoft in Dubai. Little by little Yoga transformed my life, helped me quit smoking and drinking, and I lost more than 20kgs over the years. So, my first shy engagement with yoga grew into a passion. Finally, i have completed my Yoga Teachers Training in the beautiful city Dharamshala, on the outskirts of the magnificent Himalayas. I quit my corporate job and started travelling by teaching and learning more about yoga and meditation, and other healing arts like Chakra balancing, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and art.
Since then I teach yoga at different studios, yoga schools, homes, schools, corporate offices, gyms, where ever it’s possible…Now I am registered as Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance. I mainly teach Hatha Yoga and Hatha Flow, but also Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Partner Yoga and Corporate Yoga. My yoga classes include Asana, Meditation and Pranayama Exercises with a balanced approach to strength and flexibility exercises.All levels -including beginners- can join and enjoy both a physical exercise and relaxation of their body and mind.
E-RYT 200 & E- RYT 500
Nirakar has chosen his individual path of Yoga and Meditation on his own. He overpowered the threshold of living a mediocre life and gave a birth to a spiritual breakthrough. This discovery helped him to go beyond the mind and attain the authentic sanity. He later decided to break all old pattern and start a new life. As a result, he practised deep Yoga, and Meditation and finally the fruit ripen in the form of Sammasati Retreat.
He Graduated his Yoga Teacher Training at Kaivalyadham, Lonavala in 2004 and since 2006 he has been teaching Yoga and Meditation in Goa, Rishikesh and Thailand. He has taught in 75 yoga teacher training till date. He worked as a “Spiritual Catalyst” for many of his students which help them trigger their spiritual journey. All the Students feel inspired and connected with his presence during the course.
He lives for six months in Gujrat India on the banks of Narmada river, developing a Yoga ashram and remaining six months he travels worldwide teaching Yoga.

He also conducts lecture of the important part of Yoga Training Syllabus which is Yoga as Business. In which we explore all the dimension that how you can launch yourself as a Yoga Teacher on completion of the Yoga Training.
