- 2:30 – 6:00 pm – Anatomy/Asana Class
- 6:20 – 7:00 pm – Dinner
- Classes on Saturday till 1:00 pm, Sunday off.
About 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training:
Our 300 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training intensive program designed to strengthen your already existing knowledge and foundation of yoga. Students should be already a graduate of 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in any style to enrol for 300 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training. This course will focus on Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa with Iyengar alignment. Practice and teaching technical training, advance asana, pranayama, meditation practice is part of the training. In 300 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training, we will be concentrating on sequencing, technical detail, and structural components for a Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow class. Students will have an opportunity to teach and assist with hands-on adjustments during the asana classes. This course is purposely structured for the advancement of your path as an instructor and as a student and develop you for a more advanced personal and professional exploration of the transformative power of yoga – in body, mind, and soul.
300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Syllabus:
Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin Yoga Asanas: Practising and Teaching
Students will develop a wider knowledge of the sequencing, benefits, precautions, and different ways to incorporate each asana into a productive class. We will cover Sitting, forward bends, twists, abdominal, backbend and inversion asanas from key verbal cues, alignments, and adjustment techniques.
Class Structure: Learning is the key aspects of designing a Yoga session; methodology coaching will focus on position and techniques of visual demonstration. The importance of observation of the students and responding to the group and the individual student’s needs while instructing a class.
Assisting and Adjusting
Each student will have an opportunity to practice how to offer adjustments to asanas in the class while another teacher is teaching. They will also become more comfortable in safely adjusting fellow students in a timed class setting. We learn poses that support natural and safe posture with anatomically correct spine alignment.
Introducing and discussing the value of meditation. Practising active and passive meditations and teaching meditations to students.
Yoga Nidra is guided by the teacher or audio recording which takes the participants into deep relaxation, releasing the tension in the body and mind.
Human Physical Anatomy
Developing an understanding of the different body systems and how they are interrelated. Students will have a basic grasp on the types of joint movements and understand the function of muscular groups to ensure a safe physical practice.gs.

We will learn in-depth Yoga Philosophy which will consist of History, aim of yoga, its origin & evolution until modern day. We will also thoroughly understand the correlation between various styles and their goals. We study Hathayogapradipika by Swami
Compilation of high knowledge and wisdom shared by Sri Krishna to Arjuna.
Ethics for Yoga Teachers
We will discuss Yoga Teacher ethics according to
Shatkriyas detoxify, creating balance in the body to maintain good health resulting in feeling lighter, healthier, and a deepened yoga practice. We will practice some Shatkriyas consist of six groups of purification methods.
Pranayama techniques expand the breath opening the door to physical, mental, emotional health and inner transformation. We will practice Advanced Pranayama techniques.
Mudras and Bandhas
Mudras and Bandhas help to awaken the chakras and Kundalini energy. We practice Mudras and Bandhas with advanced Pranayama techniques to awaken the energy.
Yoga as a business
Business aspects of Teaching Yoga as each of you goes out into the world as teachers; it is important to understand the ethics of starting and managing a Yoga business based on the Yamas of Patanjali Yog Sutras. There will be a discussion on different opportunities and ways of teaching yoga, organising workshops, teaching or assisting in Yoga teacher training programs.
I never expected that I would be much more confident to teach yoga after this training. I loved and enjoyed every aspect of it, from Philosophy of Yoga, various asanas, and meditation. The non-judgmental approach of the Teacher made you feel gradually more confident, and despite the level of your yoga practice, this inspired to make this experience a more personal evolution. I feel grateful for what I learned, for deepening into Yoga and being part of this group, and I would love to do that again…!
